All new learners and families interested in learning more about the requirements and enrollment

process are welcome to watch College Credit Plus Information Night Presentation from the

previously scheduled CCP Information Night. The application deadline to enroll in Summer or Fall courses at The University of Akron is April 15th. The application deadline to enroll in Summer or Fall courses at Stark State College is April 1.

Upward Bound Classic is a federally funded TRiO program through The University of Akron. The Program is year-round and geared towards students with academic potential and interested in going to college after graduation from high school. Students attending Akron Public Schools, grades 8, 9 and 10, are eligible to apply. Students are usually admitted to the Program in the Fall, Spring, or Summer. There is no cost to participate.

 

Upward Bound Math/Science & Pre-Engineering Program is a federally funded TriO program, located at The University of Akron, which works with 9th-12th graders residing within Summit County, Ohio. Our goal is to work with students who come from low-income and/or first-generation backgrounds to help prepare them for their future academic or career endeavors. Our program specifically looks at the educational fields of Math, Science, Engineering and Medicine, and we are looking for students with an interest in these fields to join our program. If interested, please complete the Upward Bound Math/Science & Pre-Engineering Program Application.

  • We are so very excited to see so many faces in the building again!  PTSA will be holding our FIRST meeting of the 2020-2021 school year very soon, watch your emails. 

  • We received our check from ACME Community Cashback, thank you to all the families and staff that participated in helping us save and collect the receipts in this very interesting year.  We received a check for $159.52 which will go a long way to helping with our scholarships for our seniors.
