If you are interested in participating in the College College Plus (CCP) Program next semester. Please visit ACT.org to view the test offering dates. ACT recently announced they will be offering the test on October 10th, 17th, 24th, and 25th for interested students. ACT has waived any late fee registration for students interested in taking the ACT in October.  At this time the state has not approved flexibility in CCP eligibility for the spring semester, so students are required to take the ACT or SAT for CCP admission consideration at The University of Akron.  The state is working on a possible extension of the flexibility standards that impacted fall 2020 but there was no timeline given as to when the decision would be made.

1. Complete the online application: https://applyuakron.force.com/onlineapplication

2. Submit an official high school transcript

3. Submit the CCP signature page (signed by the student, parent and high school counselor): https://uakron.edu/admissions/undergraduate/docs/college-credit-plus-signature-page.pdf

4. Submit ACT or SAT scores
